What Are The Costs?
- A fee of £250 (non-refundable) to spend a morning/afternoon with us visiting investment areas and properties we own in our portfolio.
- An additional fee of £250 (non-refundable) to get the sourcing “Ball Rolling”
- initial £500 outlay is then deducted from our overall sourcing fee of £1500 once a property is completed by our clients.
- Fixed Price Project Management fee depending on the scope of project
- £200 tenant finder service
- Fixed price property management fee based on the monthly collected rent roll for the duration of the contract (based on tenant demographic and size of HMO)
